Q. Hours of Operation

A. We operate on following hours - Tue - Thu 10am - 6pm, Friday 10am - 8pm, Saturday 10am - 6pm, Sundays and Mondays - Closed!

Q: Customs Charges

"From where is my order being shipped out; who will pay the customs charges if they occur?"

A: All orders placed on www.bestkidsbikes.eu are shipped from our EU warehouse and VAT of 21% is already included in price. No customs involved.

Q. How can I get a quote for shipping?

A. You can get a price for shipping as you check out through our website. Just proceed through the steps of the cart.

Q. Where and how do you ship? 

A. Everywhere! If you have an address we'll ship to it. The Best Kids Bikes has hit every continent!

A. We ship via DHL or UPS. 

Q. Is there tracking on my order?

A. Yes! As soon as your order is shipped we will provide you with track & trace.

Q. When will my order be shipped out?

A. Usually we ship orders out within 1-3 days, but sometimes if bikes are not in our stock we have to wait for few extra days until we get them from our suppliers. Shipping itself takes 1-5 days in most of the Europe!

Q. Where are you located?

A. We are located in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, city centre. 

Q. Do you have a shop/store where I can come and check out a bag? 

A. Yes! We do have shop and you can come by and see most of items there!
